Boar’s Head – Listeria Contamination Class Action

This deadline has passed, but here’s another class action for you.

The Boar’s Head – Listeria Contamination Class Action alleges that Boar’s Head distributed ready-to-eat meat products—specifically, prepackaged cold cuts—that may have been contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. This type of bacteria can cause serious illness, particularly in vulnerable individuals such as pregnant people, older adults, and those with weakened immune systems. The lawsuit claims Boar’s Head failed to properly warn consumers or act quickly to remove the potentially affected products from the market. While Boar’s Head has agreed to a $3.1 million settlement to resolve the matter.
