iFIT Console Class Action

This deadline has passed, but here’s another class action for you.

The iFIT Console Class Action alleges that iFIT Health and Fitness Inc. manufactured and sold various “smart” fitness equipment with touch screen consoles that provided features such as live workout streaming and interactive workouts. A mandatory software update allegedly caused, or may in the future cause, the failure of display consoles in certain iFIT products.
