Free Lowe’s Washing Machine Kids Workshop

Register for the FREE Lowe’s Kids Washing Machine Workshop happening January 17th, 2026 (10am–1pm) — in-store, kid-friendly, and totally no purchase necessary.

If you’re always looking for something fun (and free!) to do with the kids on the weekend, this one’s a classic win. Lowe’s Kids Workshops are basically the holy grail of parent-approved activities.

Hands-on building, adorable mini projects, and you get to leave the house? That’s a yes from us.

Free Weekend Fun That’s Not Screen Time

Lowe’s Kids Workshops are designed to help kids build confidence, learn basic DIY skills, and have fun creating something they can actually take home.

This Washing Machine Bank Workshop lets kids assemble and decorate their own project, all while learning simple building concepts. Bonus: it’s guided, safe, and surprisingly calming (especially compared to a toy aisle meltdown).

Each participating child receives:

  • A FREE Washing Machine Bank project kit
  • Hands-on building guidance from Lowe’s associates
  • A DIY Workshop Badge
  • The chance to earn FREE aprons & tool bags after completing six workshops

It’s crafty, confidence-boosting, and way more fun than it sounds.
