Who Qualifies for a Payout in This Settlement?
You may be eligible if:
- You purchased any Poppi beverage in the United States
- The purchase was made for household use (not for resale or distribution)
- You bought the product between Jan. 23, 2020, and July 18, 2025
Only one claim per household is allowed.
Is It Necessary to Provide Proof (or Proof of Purchase)?
- No proof required to claim up to $16 per household
- If you submit proof of purchase, you may receive a higher payout, based on what you bought:
- $0.75 per can
- $3 per 4-pack
- $6 per 8-pack
- $9 per 12- or 15-pack
- Minimum payment for any approved claim is $5
What Amount Can I Receive from This Settlement?
- Up to $16 per household without proof
- More than $16 with proof, based on your purchases
- Final payments may be adjusted pro rata based on total claims and available funds
