Who Qualifies for a Payout in This Settlement?

You may qualify if:

  • You are a California resident, a MarinHealth Medical Center patient, or a member of the public who visited a MarinHealth Medical Center website between August 1, 2019, and May 27, 2025.
  • The settlement administrator identifies you as a class member based on your visit during this period.

What Amount Can I Receive from This Settlement?
