How to Participate
There are two primary ways to earn Game Plays during the promotion period:
- Complete Challenges via the Cracker Barrel Rewards™ Challenge Board: Log in to your Rewards Program account online at crackerbarrel.com/rewards or through the Cracker Barrel Rewards™ app. Navigate to the “Play the Bonus Game” page, where you’ll find a series of seven Challenges. Each completed Challenge earns you one Game Play. The Challenges include:
- Tell Us Your Birthday: Add your birthday to your profile. If you’ve already provided this information before March 17, 2025, this Challenge will automatically be marked as complete.
- Make a Retail Purchase: Spend $25 or more (excluding taxes) in a single transaction at the Old Country Store, either in-store or online.
- Buy To Go, Pick Up, or Delivery: Order any menu or catering item “to go” through the website or app and receive it via curbside pick-up, in-store pick-up, or Cracker Barrel delivery. Note: Orders delivered through third-party services are excluded.
- Dine with Us Monday through Friday: Enjoy a dine-in meal totaling $12 or more (excluding taxes) on weekdays. Certain exclusions apply.
- Dine with Us after 6:00 p.m.: Have a dine-in purchase of $12 or more (excluding taxes) after 6:00 p.m. local time any day of the week. Completing this Challenge on a weekday also fulfills the previous Challenge.
- Order Pancakes: Purchase any pancake menu item for dine-in, curbside pick-up, in-store pick-up, or Cracker Barrel delivery. This includes catering, “Family Meal Baskets,” and individual sides of pancakes ordered à la carte.
- Purchase Easter Heat N’ Serve: Order an Easter Heat n’ Serve meal. The Challenge is marked complete on the date your catering purchase is picked up or delivered by Cracker Barrel delivery services. Third-party deliveries are excluded.
- Utilize Free Spins: At the start of the promotion, three “Free Spins” are automatically available in your Rewards Account. Each Free Spin grants one Game Play.
